Our 3D laser scanning system allows for a fast and accurate reverse engineering methodology. Whether it be replacing lost or unreliable CAD data or needing some CAD data for parts that you are designing around. The scanning equipment also lets us provide inspection services for your off tool samples. You provide us with an off tool sample and your CAD data and we will generate a coloured graphical report showing the differences between them. This service is considerably faster and more accurate than hand measuring. We are also providing a concepting and prototyping service that allows us to turn your CAD data, or drawing, into a rugged and durable plastic model. |

We can read your MRI / CATSCAN data or directly scan different parts of the anatomy and use that information to create plastic models of the area you are interested in. The plastic that we use in our prototyping machine has been approved by the FDA for use with the human body so your models may be taken into the operating theatre. We can also provide the scanned data to CNC machines so that replacement parts can be made. |

Our equipment allows us to scan your clay model into your animation computer software as well as scanning your actors / figurines so that toy models can be created. We can also take your hand crafted model and make another in plastic or provide the data so thousands can be made. |

If you don’t like having your delicate artefacts handled regularly or would like a permanent record that contains enough information to allow you to remake the artefact then our non contact laser scanning system and prototyping system can help you. The scanned data will also allow you to publish 3 dimensional geometric data on an internet site so that the artefact can be shared with colleagues or the public around the world.
